Rose measurment¶

This is a simple tutorial that demonstarte how to describe a rose architecture in Xplo

Measured plant sketch¶

Step by step¶

Step 1 : define Types (Individual, Axis, Internodes, Leaves, Flower) and Scales (1,2,3,4,3)

Step 2 : Decompose (D.) I => Axis ; D. Axis => InterNode ; Ramif. Internode => Leaf

Step 3 : Copy/Paste the Internode on the Axis

Step 4 : associate Type and Symbols and colors

Step 5: Create attributs : Length, Width, RotLocalX, RotBearerY, Ortho. 1st InterNode : 4cm diam 1 2nd InterNode-6cm RotLocalX=170° ; Leaf 1 : Length 10 Width 6 Leaf 2 : Length 12 Width 7

Step 6 : 1st InterNode ramificate into an Axis (decompose into internode, Ramif leaf).

Step 7 : A2-Length=45 and Width=0,6 ; Internode RotLocalX=135 and Ortho=10 ; Leaf RotBearerY=60 Length=16 Width=10

Step 8 : Copy/ Paste (x10) the internode of A2 on A2

Step 9 : Last internode of the A2 is ramificated into an flower-RotBearerY=0 Length=40 Width=5

Step 10 : Copy /Paste A2 on the 2nd InterNode of A1.
